These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Review-z Platform, located in Republic of Turkey (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Review-z website.
By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.
The Site is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. However, participation in our Monetization Program is strictly limited to users who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By enabling monetization features, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. Automated collection of data (scraping, crawling, spidering) is strictly prohibited. While you retain ownership of your specific content (as defined below), the collective compilation, arrangement, and assembly of content on the Site is the exclusive property of Review-z Platform.
You retain full ownership of the reviews and content you post. However, by posting content to Review-z, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Site’s operation and marketing.
Right to Monetize: You explicitly grant us the right to monetize your content (e.g., by displaying advertisements next to it) in accordance with our Monetization Program.
We employ a Pre-Moderation policy. All User-Generated Content is subject to review before appearing on the Site. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content at our sole discretion, without liability or notice, if it violates these Terms or our community guidelines (e.g., spam, hate speech, defamation).
User Links: You may include your own affiliate links in your reviews. You retain 100% of the commission from these links. You are solely responsible for keeping these links up-to-date and disclosing your affiliate relationship to your readers as required by law (e.g., FTC guides).
Site Links: Review-z may also use affiliate links on platform pages. We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through these links. This does not affect our editorial independence or the objectivity of our data.
You agree not to engage in "Invalid Traffic" generation, which includes:
Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all unpaid earnings.
The site is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of user reviews or the reliability of the platform. We are not liable for any lost potential earnings due to technical failures, maintenance, or downtime.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms, including commission rates and payout structures, at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any material changes to monetization rates take effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Republic of Turkey. Review-z Platform and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Istanbul, Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
